Group coaching cohorts
A closed cohort of your women leaders, moving through guided sessions together over a focused term. They build leadership resilience, and a peer group inside the organisation that lasts.
Group coaching for organisations. We work with cohorts of your women leaders, not individuals in isolation, so the learning is shared, the peer trust is real, and it outlasts the programme.
Group coaching, workshops and women's network programmes, delivered by ICF-accredited coaches across 32+ countries.
Not talent. Not ambition. Not even good intentions. What's missing is balance.
For decades the conversation has focused on representation, getting more women into the room. That matters, but it isn't the whole picture. Organisations also lose women who are already in the room, quietly, and usually before anyone names why.
Development that treats women as a problem to be fixed rarely helps. Development that gives them a room to think in, with peers who understand the context, tends to.
Everything we run for organisations is group work. Cohorts, workshops and networks, shaped in conversation with you around the size and stage of your team.

A closed cohort of your women leaders, moving through guided sessions together over a focused term. They build leadership resilience, and a peer group inside the organisation that lasts.

Hands-on sessions on visibility, presence, confidence and systemic bias. Practical, reflective, and immediately applicable, delivered in person or online.

Ongoing group sessions for an internal women's network or ERG. A regular room where your women leaders think together, rather than a one-off event that fades.
WOW has been building rooms for purposeful women since 2020. Our coaches are ICF-accredited and have led inside organisations themselves, so the conversation starts from context rather than theory.
Group work is what we do. WOW has run cohorts since 2020, and participants can stay connected afterwards to a wider pack of women across industries and countries, rather than finishing a programme and falling off a cliff.
Tell us who the programme is for, what you're trying to shift and what has already been tried. We'll come back with a proposed shape, format and timeline, and be honest if we're not the right partner.
Tell us what you're trying to solve. We'll tell you straight whether WOW is the right partner for it.
