Our Portugal journey begins with an evening bringing together WOW alumni, friends and women based in Portugal.
Whether you're travelling from overseas or already live locally, this is an opportunity to meet remarkable women over great food and conversation. It also marks the beginning of WOW in Portugal as we start building a local community together.

Friday 2 October · Morning until lunch
Rather than simply seeing the city's landmarks, we'll follow the stories of the remarkable women who helped shape Portugal, from queens and revolutionaries to suffragists, poets and artists whose courage, creativity and conviction left a lasting mark on the country.
This guided walking experience takes us through Lisbon's beautiful western hills, uncovering the history, hidden corners and inspiring lives that many visitors never discover. And because no morning in Lisbon is complete without it, we'll finish with one of Portugal's most iconic treats, the famous warm pastel de nata, before enjoying lunch together.
Lunch is intentionally left flexible, so everyone can order whatever they feel like while the conversation continues.
Friday afternoon to Monday morning · Comporta
Together we'll take a road trip south to Comporta, a place known for its endless beaches, pine forests, relaxed cafés and understated beauty. We'll stay together in a beautiful home, sharing breakfast each morning before heading out to explore.
We'll discover local beaches, enjoy a few carefully chosen experiences, linger over coffee, wander through villages and embrace the slower rhythm that makes Comporta so special. Evenings will be spent around the dinner table, the place where WOW conversations have always come alive.
There won't be coaching sessions, but there will be thoughtful questions, shared stories and plenty of laughter. You'll receive a WOW Explore Journal to capture reflections, moments and memories throughout the weekend.
Sometimes the greatest insights arrive when you're simply living well.
Meals outside breakfast and some activities are paid individually, giving everyone the freedom to enjoy Portugal in their own way.
